Gabby also served as a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and had her note, Gimme a Break: The Patent Term Restoration Act Should Give Environmental Innovators a Chance to Catch a (Cleaner) Breath, published during her 2L year. 28 J. INTELL. PROP. L. 413.
During law school, Gabby worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Charlie Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia as well as an advocacy extern at the Office of the DeKalb County Public Defender. She also worked part-time as a legal intern at Cheeley Law Group while in law school.
Gabby attended the University of Georgia’s Odum School of Ecology and School of Public and International Affairs, where she double majored in Ecology and Political Science, graduating in 2019. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
Gabby was raised in DeKalb County and enjoys hiking Stone Mountain, cooking, and traveling. She currently lives in South Buckhead.
